Senior Project Manager

Vivian is a highly qualified Civil Engineering and Project Management professional with over 20 years’ experience from contractor and consultant-side property development in the UK and UAE.  He joined Carter Associates in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager responsible for a number of key projects with the Prime Minister’s office in Dubai.

Vivian has significant experience of managing technically complex projects and possesses a forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and assignments including some of the largest developers in the UK and Europe (Land Securities, British Land and Stanhope) and Dubai (Meraas and Al Wasl Asset Management). Vivian has recently completed overseeing the project management of pre-contract services for a complex hospitality project on behalf of a leading global hotel brand as well as providing project management support for post contract services for leading developers in UAE. 

Vivian blends years of high-end construction management and project management experience with blue-chip companies such as Bovis Lend Lease in London, with whom successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of large and complex projects. His commitment, professionalism and collaborative way of working allow him to build and develop successful project teams and successful delivery.

When Vivian isn't lifting weights in the gym or taking long walks on a beach in Trindad & Tobago, you might find him scouring the arthouses in Al Serkal Avenue in search of the next big artist!
